Balance – if
one word could sum up our collective
quest these days, it is likely to
be “balance”. In the
pursuit of happiness, we search to
find our healthy equilibrium where
inner and outer harmonize, strength
and grace blend, and time seems to
stand still.
The issues associated
with balancing work and family are
of paramount importance to individuals,
the organizations that employ them,
the families that care for them and
a society concerned for the health
and well-being of its citizens. The
Minerva Foundation has recognized an
imbalance in the constituency group
in which we come in contact with and
aims to encourage you to focus on self-discovery
and begin the process of change.
We have designed
this Life In Balance Forum specifically
to meet your personal needs on the
road to discovery. We have selected
specific topics to address the balance
issues that affect your life, but we
also give you the opportunity to pre-select
seminars that are of special interest
to you.
When we find balance,
it supports all aspects of healthy
living, inspiring us to be engaged
in work, laugh more, and feed our souls
as well as our bodies and minds. Please
join us, make this your first step
in attaining some balance in your busy
life.
Best in health,
